Dr. Azeem Ahsan, DO

While Dr. Asan is a great physician, I've had a very negative experience with his office staff. Their scheduling policies are incredibly inconvenient and stressful. Requiring appointments every few months for medication refills is unreasonable and often leads to withdrawal symptoms due to unexpected delays. Additionally, their strict late fee policy is unfair, especially when patients may encounter unexpected circumstances. I would recommend that the office reconsider these policies to better accommodate their patients' needs.

This doctor is never available. He does not respond to calls or requests for refills. He does not listen to patients, simply gives them what they want and sends them on their way. He is close to retirement, and I hope he retires soon, so his elderly patients will be forced to see someone else.

Fast, easy and efficient. Most of the staff is friendly but the front desk receptionist does not make your visit very positive. Her demeanor is unfriendly and lacks people skills.

I saw Dr. Ahsan several years ago when I first started having stomach issues, he could not help me so he referred me to a gastroenterologist who misdiagnosed me with acid reflux. I didn't even have any symptoms of acid reflux. This doctor was not helpful to me so I ended up leaving for another doctor where I received better care.

I have seen three of the doctors here including Dr. Ahsan and they are all great. I have never had an issue getting in here on the same day for "emergencies". Dr. Plachy is a fantastic gyno. I never feel rushed and always feel like they really care about my health. Receptionist girls are very "short" on the phone, but nice in person. I've recommend this place to my friends and family.
