To be honest, I have not seen the actual Dr. Schneker in years. But that's because he has a top-notch, stellar group of nurse practitioners who attend to your every need. I have nothing but praise for the white collar part of the team. Unfortunately, the receptionists could stand a few lessons in manners. One yelled at me, accusing me of cutting, when I was entering an entirely different line than the woman who had been in front of me (I thought we could pick a line). She could give me the benefit of the doubt. Also, when I misunderstood where to sit at the blood lab, a woman snapped at me there, yelling at me to sit in a different blue chair. How was I to know? You could explain a lot more nicely and ask if I wouldn't mind sitting in the hallway, and I would gladly oblige. Please train the staff on manners. It's not rocket science, folks.

I really like this clinic. I am new to it, but everyone was very welcoming. I never feel rushed. I get all the care I need and then some. Everyone in my family also enjoy coming here.Very worthwhile to have Dr Shneker as your PCP!

Dr Shneker takes the time to listen to your concerns and does a thorough assessment and him and his staff are very welcoming and professional. Now I see why this place is always full because of the outstanding service.

The time he spends with patients is thorough, even though it may be brief. Sufficient employees to meet patient needs. One stop can cover doctor visit, lab work, physical therapy and any necessary referrals. He has been my doc for a number of years. I wouldn't trade him ever!!

Dr. Shneker is a great physician whose demeanor instantly puts his patients at ease. He truly cares his about your well-being! Easy to talk to, and he will speak in layman term's for a better understanding for those who need it!

When I visit my doctor he checks my well being as well as my physical health. He often ask me if I have any additional questions or needs I must share with him any other information that will help him keep me healthy. When I first went to SA Premier I was skeptical with so many PAs and Medical Trainees. I have been to this office for over a year. The communication between staff is outstanding. They return calls promptly and are friendly, front desk to lab to Therapy. You have a great Team Dr. Shocker.

Love this place my insurance changed this year and i thought i was going to have to quit my job to get insurance that keeps me with THIS Dr. office.
