Dr. Garza Montalvo has always been Amazing. Very respectful, always willing to listen, and such a beautiful heart.

Doctor Garza-Montalvo is great, but there office personal is not as professional and they cancel your appointments without your consent. After been with doctor Garza for so many years I am ready to look for someone that can put me first as a patient.

Horrible. I waited for 2 hours to see the doctor even after they had postponed my appointment by a week later. I called for a week straight trying to get a refill on my bc but they always said to call back later or that the nurse was busy but point is that they didn’t do something until I got mad for horrible patient card. Don’t recommend going to this doctor unless you wanna wait 2 hours and be postponed to see your results for a bump on your pelvis

Called in today to question appts since I would be a new PT. Asked the lady who answered if they accepted Medicaid-“yes, perfect okay what about new patients accepted? She said “yes”. Awesome!! Till I asked what the wait time was since I noticed the reviews here said 45 mins or more I wanted to see if they worked on their wait time... lady say “I can’t give you an average wait time” I asked why not? She said **rudely “because I can’t”.. so I said ok thank you! And before I can finish saying thank you she abruptly hung up without ending with “you’re welcome” at leastttt!!! Bad start not going to this office.

Horrible service she is the worst doctor .... she is not doing her job She keep saying that everything was fine 2 hours before delivering my babie ... my baby born and everything was wrong still now I haven’t sleep I am traumatized... keep saying perfect measurement of the babie big lie my babie born with a big head and all measurements disproportionately and a lot problems till now I am super sad ... my babie don’t eat don’t crawl ... she laugh about me because keep asking to check my babie she made it fun of me and if you ask her something about your test don’t want to say.. said everything looks fine ... she is a big lier and mean person she suppose to care about the Health of the babies is a big dummy doctor I hope she pay for what she did to me .... ...

Yes, it's true, I takes for ever to see her cause sometimes she's on-call but believe me, she knows what she's doing and she's the best doctor ever! Even though it takes for ever, I will go again and again. I prefer to wait instead of receiving a fast but wrong diagnostic.

Terrible terrible Dr. Left my mom with needing 3 corrective surgeries after a hysterectomy. Has issues to this day!! Terrible bedside manner!

I mean she does her job but she has too many patients and seems as if she is always in a hurry. I don’t know why but I couldnt feel comfortable talking with her. She’s okay, but I think there are better gynicologost out there.

I would not recommend her. She was always so rude and seemed like she was in a hurry. She did not explain any procedures. She wouldn't even spend more than 2 minutes with me and would sometimes just walk out of the room without saying bye! Her assistant was the one that came and told me I could go home. Very disappointed with this doctor.

I DO NOT recommend this dr. Waited 4 hrs in the waiting room. When i finally see her she is very rude. She answered my questions very rude and arrogant. She looks stressed out and only sees you 5 minutes max. Really bad experience will not return to see her. If shes stressed because too many patients then I will be one less patient.

Worse OB I have ever seen!!!!! staff is bad and the wait time is 2 hours for a simple appointment! Ridicouoous!!! Already searching for another OB.
