I was referred to Dr. Cohen by my fantastic primary care physician, as I have been having excruciating pain in both feet, that is pervasive, increasing and is negatively affecting my personal standard of living. I am currently working as a school administrator and am on my feet consistently from 10 to 14 hours daily. I am composing this review after receiving telephone calls from Dr. Cohen's office informing me that due to Dr. Cohen needing to complete emergency surgery, and my visit needs to be rescheduled as a result 4 concurrent times, which is unacceptable. I was patient and completely understood the first three times but the fourth broke me. I am crying as I compose this review, as I am struggling with consistent, persistent and increasing pain, and that fact is of no concern or consequence. The focus of the medical profession is to HEAL, and I am still struggling. Each time I received a phone call, no one from Dr. Cohen's staff even bothered to apologize for the inconvenience.
