My first visit with the doctor was wonderful. He pinpointed my unusual sleep disorder immediately. However I had issues with the office staff regarding requesting test with my insurance and there was some dishonesty to cover up their mistakes. If the staff had followed the doctors orders and requested the proper tests and not giving me the runaround, I believe everything would’ve been fine. Unfortunately the doctor sided with the office staff and on the second visit informed me he wasn’t familiar with my insurance and it would be best if I sought help from another physician. He then referred me for a second opinion elsewhere. He dismissed me & I left in tears.
