Clarification
I have been a patient of Dr. Tantri for 16 yrs. He has guided me through several difficult periods. He recommended a fine retinologist and stays in touch with him. He answers all my questions in plain English.

Lakeville is Lucky
Dr. Tantri could be enjoying a large and successful suburban or city practice, but as luck would would have it - he's in Lakeville. Luckily of all of us, he and his equally talented wife decided to practice medicine in the beautiful foothills of the Berkshires. While they may enjoy country living, the people of this region are the beneficiaries of a top notch professional. I had cataract surgery and then a little post surgery hiccup and Dr. Tantri came in on a Saturday to make sure than my retina was fine - which it was. He is exacting and personable and does not cut corners; and he treats his patients of all ages with courtesy. Like many of the great former ophthalmologists in the area who have made a similar career and life choice, Dr. Tantri is an outstanding successor and I wish him a long and successful career.
