This Dr has no compassion for his patients, insulted and belittled them. This patient has been struggling with this disease for 2 years. It's very rude to be told that your medication is probably something you can't afford. His assistant was very rude as well and told the patient to clean his ears. Which is unprofessional and uncalled for. This is inexcusable and I will definitely pass the word around.

I was sent to Dr Lau because Yuma doesn't have alot of choices. Sadly he was a very young, energetic Dr who wanted to experiment on me simply to satisfy his curiosity. Fresh from surgery, he gave no mind to the pain I was in. I left sore, angry and frustrated with the unprofessional secretaries who create your appointments. They scold you as if you're a child for attempting to interrupt their chatting. Cancer Center is a joke.
