Dr. Audrey Rushin does not like to communicate with pediatric parents. She does not review prior medical evaluations or medical history before seeing the child. She does not provide an email or phone contact information. She does not spend more than 15 min virtually seeing a child even if they are brand new in her care. Leland House definitely needs to re-evaluate patient care and remove Dr. Rushin from their roster.

Provider could not make an appt with me for months after two years of being a patient and refused to refill my meds until she did. I understand health care professionals are busy now more than ever, but this left me without a medication i depended on and took daily and forced me to quit “cold turkey,” which is known to be unsafe. Wish she could have at least provided support or referred me to someone else for the meanwhile.
