Hours staff are just lousy
Dr Shetty and the nurse practitioners are great! Staff and hours of operation are a different story. Office Hours are limited. Don’t expect to reach the office from 11 to 1:30 because they will be at lunch. Don’t expect to reach someone on Monday and most likely Tuesday. When you do finally reach someone, they are not very friendly! They are definitely not understanding. I tried to express my concerns to the MD and management but nothing changed. I had enough and changed MDs. I want a reliable MD office and compassionate, understanding staff.

Dr. Shetty always listens to you and takes the time to follow through with your concerns. I wish that we could have MORE doctors with Dr. Shetty's compassion, caring, and knowledge. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a great doctor.

Have been a patient of dr. Shetty 's for over 15 years. His staff has always been very good with making you comfortable in all situations and Dr. Shetty always takes the time to investigate your concern and offer his professional advice which I regard highly . He is not afraid to speak the truth and refer you to others if the condition warrants.
