Didn't go the extra mile, but great
Highly recommended I saw Dr. G for an injured should which he used ultrasound to diagnose and inject. Over time it healed without the incapacitating pain that kept me from enjoying my grand daughter's graduation after a long flight. Later, I wrecked on gravel, downhill, on my e-bike and tore the meniscus in my left knee. Ultrasound and an injection on the outside of my knee but did not treat the inside of the knee. Now I am transporting my hubby from a wheelchair, constantly twisting that knee, awake all night with pain on the inside of that knee. Had to make another appointment. It's business...he was very nice and caring. Got frustrated when my hubby saw him but gave me some good advise.

Out of the Box thinking did wonders
After 2 years of nerve problems that left my left foot and leg numb, and a team of doctors that couldn't see past what the MRI and EMG were telling them, Dr. Gupta was willing to think outside the box and try something that helped almost immediately. It isn't fully functional yet, but Dr, Gupta's willingness to tackle the challenge and a wonderful bedside manner have made 2 years of painfully hard medical challenges much easier.

Excellent and very caring
I saw Dr. Gupta for my mother's injured shoulder with torn tendons that required a surgery. Was very welcoming and comforted my mother. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail, laid out all the options and helped us assess the right course of action given our circumstances. Went out of the way to help us with the reports and images follow-up and responded promptly to all correspondence. Am very grateful for the care she received.

Not a good series of experiences with Dr Gupta
I refused Dr Gupta's treatment and went elsewhere. He didn't respond to multiple messages via the clinic portal until another Dr asked him too after I complained. He accepted a diagnosis a physical therapist gave me that I told him about. Said the film on file from various xrays were poor but declined to order better ones. He wanted to do Tenex and then said the follow up would be thousands if needed. I went elsewhere where multiple new X-rays were taken even though I brought the previous MRI or Scan. New Dr said that he felt my shoulder pain was not caused by injured rotator cuff but from a previous clavicle injury...and then I recalled a fall three years ago where I didn't think I was injured. After an injection, I was 90% pain free.

I had a problem already effectively treated by a Physical therapist. But this doctor insisted that my problem was something else. No good to me.
