Rushed
After the fact. Dr went on vacation. My face was swollen and staff was not helpful. Very rude. I was supposed to get a CAT scan but never happened, staff Julie after I called said for me to call , nurse would not help me. Beware. There is no empathy

Sorry doctor!
Not a good doctor! Very dismissive and doesn’t listen! Changed things on my chart to try to cover his lies too. Goes around any big concerns. Pick another!

Dismissive
Dr. Balwally was very dismissive and unconcerned about my hearing loss/ear infection/tonsil pain issues. I have 8 years of medical history regarding these issues and he basically gave me antibiotics and told me to come back in a month to see if my infection is gone. I am well past that stage in my treatment and I'm trying to address root causes. I feel dismissed.

Dr Balwally has alway been prompt, courteous, and diagnosed my vocal cord issue on the first visit. I had surgery on 8-9-21, and Dr. Balwally told me what the procedure would be, and what to expect. After not talking for 7 days, my voice is back to normal! Great job!

I have lost most of my hearing in my left ear, with dizziness compounded by sinus issues. Balwally sent me for an MRI, says I did not have Maniere's disease and to come back later for another hearing test. After the test, he said still no sign of the disease and to come back in a year. Asked him about the problems I was experiencing and he said, "Some people just go deaf." Asked him again about what I have been experiencing, the rapid decline of my ability to hear, and he repeated the statement. Had no interest in looking any further, and was very dismissive of my concerns. My issues are very real.

Terrible. Saw my tonsil stones and only wanted to discuss them though that was not what I was seeing him for. I repeatedly expressed that I was there for throat pain and tightness but because I was not "in that risk bracket" he refused to listen and here my concerns. All of this after waiting more than 2 months to see him. He expressed that he wanted to remove my tonsils. Since meeting, my stones have went away and throat pain continues to be a concern while I wait to see someone else.

Dr. Balwally gave my husband outstanding care for his hearing issues. I can't thank him enough for his final treatment just days before my husband died to give him a much higher quality of life while he suffered from leukemia. His entire staff showed me and my husband such compassion and concern that I so greatly appreciated and I can't stress enough what that meant for all of us taking care of my husband. I will be forever grateful, thank you!!!! Beth Spegal

Do not see this doctor or his associates. I have chronic ear infections, my eardrums constantly rupture. I saw Dr balwally. He did less than nothing. He was more concerned with doing a hearing test which I had already had done elsewhere. He told me to return when it was time for a new one. My eardrum again ruptured so I saw an associate. Dr Godsey. I had no hearing in my right ear, again with the hearing test. This must be their only way to make money because its the only thing they care about

He was extremely personable with my daughter and took wonderful care of her! I felt reassured about her prognosis. Should there be any future Ears Nose or Throat issues with myself, or my family, he is the physician I would want to assume my care!

I found him to be rude and uncaring. He was 30 minutes late in seeing me, never introduced himself to me. I found him very non informative and just plain nasty. I would never recommend him to anyone.
