This Dr asked me to bring my charts and scans and the morning of my appointment his staff informed me he doesn't take cal optima. I got a loan for300 cash and came in. He didn't look at my info at all, called me an addict with a problem, despite being stable on meds for chronic pain for yrs. He belittled me and my husband and told me to come back on 24th for a scrip.when I did, they were closed. Due to life threatening disorders, I ended up in the er He sure had no problem keeping my money tho!

I was in a car accident and in a lot of back pain. I called Dr. Rafla's office and was seen the next day. At my appointment Dr. Rafla listening to me and explained what was happening with my neck/back that was causing me so much pain. He then advised a treatment plan and we started it right away. His office even worked with my insurance company and got the treatments I needed approved right away. I will recommend Dr. Rafla to anyone who needs pain management. I totally trust him with my care.
