Avoid Dr. Dolgasheva and Sutter Health
I took my 5 yr old into urgent care for a hurt elbow from a bouncy house. Dr. Trinh prescribed a simple sling ($15) and to come back in 1 week for another xray. Unfortunately we got Dr. Dolgasheva 1 week later. She had us wait 3 hours because she could not assess the xrays and was waiting for another doctor, but that doctor never became available. So Dr. Dolgasheva prescribed an arm splint. It was a surprise to go to greater immobilization after 1 week. Also splint had to be kept dry in baths and no swimming. 2 days later, we were finally seen by Dr. Wey in pediatric orthopedics and told us in 5 min that both xrays were fine and actually no splint needed. Thus, Dr. Dolgasheva ordered unnecessary healthcare services that were not covered by insurance ($291.10 out of pocket). Sutter Health did a review of care and despite agreeing this service was 'inconvenience and frustration', Sutter says 'coding is correct' and I need to pay. Unbelievable. Avoid!

Stay away from Dr Dolgasheva
Really bad experience with Dolgasheva. Not just one bad experience, around 3 bad experiences with this doctor. She does not demonstrate a quality of a good doctor. When my son was 3 months old he was continuously coughing for 5 days. We visited Sutter health urgent care for 4 times in 3 days. Out of which 3 times were seen by Dolgasheva. We visited another doctor at a different medical provider immediately after visiting Dolgasheva and found that Dolgasheva failed to identify the ear infection in my son. We visited the Sutter health again when my son was around 4 years old for and injury he got while playing. Dolgasheva was pretty impatient and was expressing her frustration by making faces when we were asking questions. Due to all these experiences, whever we need to visit urgent care, we try to avoid going to Fremont PAMF and instead go to Mountain View PAMF just to avoid seeing Dolgasheva.
