Often over crowded and long office wait times. The doctor also does not do a good job communicating. No telehealth. Staff is overwhelmed and is not responsive.

Dr. Ijaz has been my personal PCP for over 5 years. She is completely thorough and professional. She cares about and listens to her patients. She refers appropriately within your insurance network. I give the office staff 3 stars.

I have been going here for around 2 years solely because they were the only clinic that would take my medicaid but now all the sudden theve stopped accepting and dont even tell their clients that they are dropping their insurance. Not only this, but this clinic was extremely tinyand dingy. The first room the take you to after sitting in the waiting room you can here a band practicing next door. They couldnt tell me what my problem was when i went in for reproductive concerns, theyre also rude and very short. Like they just wanna get you in and out rather than actually caring about getting to the root of the issue.

Love her ! Anything that concerned me she actually listened & prescribed helpful medication that worked ! All my other doctors in the past pretty much brushed my concerns off .. this was the first time in years a doctor actually listened to me. I even told my friends to go to her.

The staff is rude and nasty, very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

A wonderful doctor with a great attitude and patience. She listens to the patient's needs and provides thoughtful treatment advice. Highly recommend!

Worst customer svc ever, the Indian lady almost yelling at me because I reschedule my appointment and when I came to the appointment then pass me to the room and let me waiting for more than an hour, just because I need it to get my x-ray results if not I would just walk out of the place... Not going back. they need to hire experienced people not relatives to fill out a position
