I rarely leave reviews, but I believe it's important to share my experience with Dr. Ashu Acharya, especially for others navigating complex medical conditions who are seeking thoughtful and attentive care.At my intake appointment, I provided Dr. Acharya with a detailed overview of my medical history, including a rare spinal condition and an upcoming major spinal fusion surgery (T2 to L2). She indicated that she would review my case and use that information to help guide our care planning.However, at the follow-up appointment, it was clear that she had not reviewed my history at all. The entire visit, which was meant to build a care plan around that history, was unproductive.
