The best RA doctor ever!
It’s not just about him but about the entire team. There are all so nice and pleasant. I always feel welcomed when I go to my appointments. Dr. Graybeil listens to the patients and take notes and you and him come up with a solution to any problem. He is very consistent with the things that he does when it comes to healthcare for his patient. I would truly recommend Graybeil to anyone who deals with anything that he is able to care for them for. Best RA doctor ever.

DO NOT waste your time!
My doctor gave a referral to Dr. Graybiel on January 25, 2025. Today is March 14, 2025, and I still cannot get an appointment. I have called TWICE to try and set one, but I was told to call back again. If this office is an example of the professionalism of this Doctor, I am not wasting my time to see him. Even when I told the front desk I planned to write this review, they did not care. Since I believe effective care(customer service) can only begin at the top, I cannot imagine I would receive quality care with this doctor (office).

A great Doctor
Dr Graybiel is knowledgeable and kind. He is interested in knowing the patient history, and symptoms. He took time trying to determine my needs and arthritic pain. He is a rare treasure these days; a doc who is an expert in his field and shows personal interest in your case.

Awful Experience.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I had the absolute worst experience at this office with this doctor. It is already hard enough for us service members to open up and get help for our problems and this doctor is a prime example of why.He was very dismissive, closed off, cold, and unnecessarily intimidating. It felt like he was trying to coherse certain answers out of me during his questioning so that he could discount my worries and it made me very uncomfortable.I wish I would've read the other reviews about him before going, because they also have bad accounts with this man. I regret ever going to him. My appointment with him was quite literally traumatizing. To Doctor Graybiel, if you can't fix your attitude and do the job YOU chose to do with a bare minimum level of grace and dignity for your patients then you need to either find another profession or quit working altogether. The way you treated me and others who have visited you is disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Superb physician!
Dr Graybiel asks questions to determine root causes of medical complaints, takes time to listen to the patient's answers, and combines the answers with lab results to make thorough and accurate assessments. He explains his recommendations and performs follow-up appointments to confirm his judgements. I feel fortunate to have Dr Graybiel as my rheumatologist!

The WORST appointment of my life
Told me to go back to Canada. For every question that he asked me, he seemed to only want a portion of the answer to the question. He repeatedly cut me off as I was explaining, saying "I don't need extraneous information" & "I don't care about why you did these procedures". I have cognitive dysfunction & need help answering succinctly. This appointment was spent mostly with Dr. Graybiel building himself up by speaking about other patients that he had successfully treated. Multiple times I was made to feel dehumanized & demeaned for having a health problem. Also prior to a physical examination, Dr. Graybiel made a decision as to my diagnosis. When he was leaving the appointment, he stated that he should congratulate me on not having the condition/ that he could treat me for it but I would not like the side effects that would result. Why did he choose to only focus on this 1 condition/ not address any of my other health problems? It was clear he didn't care about my health.

Having been a patient of Dr Graybeil for 12 years I can highly recommend him, he is the best of the best . Unfortunately I moved to GA and I miss him so very much, Rheumatologist in GA cannot compare to his knowledge and expertise of Rheumatoid Arthritis nor his wonderful manner . I cannot talk highly enough of this Dr.

I have a bad case of psoriatic arthritis. My first initial appointment in 2000, I opted to go to another rheumatologist after that. With my insurance, went back to Graybel in 2019 and 6/21. After an emergency room visit of chest pains around my heart, spending more than 7 hours of hospital care at emergency room, conclusion was chest pains at heart area were due to psoriatic arthritis flair up in rib cage. ER physician specifically told me to contact Dr Graybel, give him report and ex-rays ER took. No one called back. Called back a few days later they stated received my message and didnt call back due to a previous call a few weeks earlier about other psoriatic arthritis pains giving me major issues in different areas of body, and stated no need to call me again, even though a had just got back from the emergency room. With this past visit and lack of communication of serious issues I'm having, I will not go back here. Why go here when there is no personal interest in my well being.

Wouldn't recommend at least not for autoimmune-related issues. Very dismissive of referring doctor's notes and bloodwork. Performed an examination but basically said he didn't know what to do for me or who to see and walked out, legitimately I thought we were still mid-appointment and he just walked out. Seeing another rheumatologist in the area. Staff was very nice at least!
