The system is this office does not work well
I have generally had a positive impression of Dr. Abourahma and his team. However, I recently experienced a situation that has left me feeling quite frustrated. During my initial visit, Dr. Abourahma listened to my concerns and recommended a full blood test, which I promptly completed on the same day. When the results became available on the patient portal, I noticed that several values were outside the normal range, so I anticipated a follow-up call from the doctor’s office. Unfortunately, no one reached out.A month later, I called to request that a message be left for Dr. Abourahma, asking if he could review and discuss my results. I was disappointed that I didn’t receive any response. Today, when I called to schedule an appointment, I was told by the receptionist that the next available date was December 5—more than a month away. I then asked why no one had contacted me about my results, and she replied that it was my responsibility to follow up.I was taken aback by this respons

I love & TRUST this Doctor Sooo much . GRATEFUL
He listens in a way that actually makes me FEEL heard . He speaks to me respectfully. I feel that I can trust him and also his office staff is kind in just the same ways. I cannot believe how many people I find in his waiting room yet I have never waited longer than 30 min to be seen . The waiting room is welcoming and they have these beautiful high back leather chairs that are insanely comfortable!! That might seem silly to some ~ but to me it shows a certain attention to ALL things calming considering the anxiety that comes with healthcare. I’m so pleased and grateful. THANK YOU

I had not seen Dr. Abourahma since 2009. When I saw him on December 19, 2018. He remembered me and had my past records. He assured me that my health was doing well and did not require medication. I especially was encouraged by the fact that he had a colleague present who he conferred with and they both were in consensus with my care plan. I praise God for the good report and the Holy Spirit for leading back to this doctor. The doctor put me at ease.
