Dr. Ashok Bhandari, MD

!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!! The doctor prescribes way too many lab tests without considering if you or the insurance would pay. I just went for an annual physical and I ended up with $1000+ bills only for lab tests which were useless as I don't have any issues. The doctor's office is rude and only communicates on phone and they don't have an email. This tells you they don't take have records for communication and just can say anything over phone. They even don't give some of the lab results and asks you to contact other lab testing center. Finally the doctor's office say that the doctor can't talk to the patient via phone or email, I am not sure why

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Bhandari for 10 years and have found that he is very knowledgeable android caring for his patients. He is a excellent doctor and and his staff is very caring and professional. Angela is great in her job getting appoints in a timely manner is spot on. Great caring people.

He makes his patients wait at least 15 mins after scheduled appointment. Makes the do a lab. Come in for 2 minutes asking how you feel then that's it. He doesn't call you to tell you lab results, he doesn't pay attention to your needs and if you need a refill he will make you come in for an office visit just to get the script. He is more concern about money than he is his patients care. Ive request for a new doctor who cares and will talk to you and help you with your health.

Dr. Bhandari is a decent doctor, but he likes to do a lot of unnecessary testing and lab work, which is very expensive for the patient. His office staff especially his office manager Teresa is horrible. She always looks nasty not clean at all and has a nasty attitude about doing her work or answering a patient's questions. Dr. Bhandari's examining rooms and his bathrooms are not clean. Everytime I went to his office there was 1 1/2 hour wait before being seen. Poor customer service.

After spraining my ankle I told him that I thought I had an infection. I could not move my toes or ankle even a little. I have sprained my ankle many times before, I knew something was very wrong. 5 too 6 months later after leaving him because he would not listen. I lost my foot. I had an infection in my ankle. I am in pain everyday because of this. He ruined my life at age 52. Doctors won't give me enough pain meds to deal with the pain of wearing my prosthetic. I am in a wheelchair now.

I really don't care for him, I feel like He doesn't listen that good to what i have to say.
