• "I started coming here about 4 or 5 months ago. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made. My life has completely been turning a 180 and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism of Dr. T and also the graciousness of Cathy who handles the front desk better than you could ever ask for. • "I lost the psychiatrist I had been seeing for 10 years in February of 2018. In the year and a half since, I have seen 5 psychiatrists each more progressively worse than the other. I honestly lost all hope. However, I had my first visit with Dr. Toutounchi on 7/30. I was a nervous wreck because everyone I had recently seen made me feel so bad about myself. I didn’t want another doctor doing the same. I have to say, my experience was far from that. Dr. Toutounchi was very professional and direct which I greatly appreciate. She is extremely knowledgeable and asked questions that no one has asked me before. She also provides explanations for why or why not she is doing something. After years of being on one psychiatric medication after the other without results, she has provided me with hope that there might be a reason for this. I am on disability and money is a concern for me. Dr. Toutounchi did not make me feel bad about this and was very conscientious about taking cost into consideration with her recommendations. Close to two weeks after my visit, I had to turn to Dr. Toutounchi for a letter I needed. I didn’t know how she would feel about this given I was a new patient but she responded quickly and made sure I understood what she could provide. Finally Kathy is PHENOMINAL! Always pleasant, quick to help and extremely knowledgeable as well. I’m finally feeling as if there actually may be a bucket of gold at the end of the rainbow. - Narkis E."
