Wonderful Doctor
Dr. Keays is the most compassionate and understanding doctor I've ever seen. She treats me as an individual - not just as another patient. Her extensive first-hand knowledge of Fibromyalgia makes her a uniquely qualified specialist. She stays abreast of new research and treatments and that combined with her positive attitude gives me reason to hope.

She appears very ridged. She does not explain treatments well, assuming I knew what she was talking about.

The staff is great. I had a wrinkle happen and there was a misunderstanding about my treatment options. I was very upset and Dr. Keays called me after hours to straighten things out. I am so grateful to have Dr. Keays for my Doctor! I have been with her since Doctor Bakken retired. She also used to be my daughters Doctor when she was in family practice years ago. She has always been compassionate, trust worthy, caring, knowledgeable and feel she truly cares about my health and wellness. She has been through her own personal health challenges and she still finds strength and courage to continue to care for others. She does it with grace and humility and I have great respect for her. I love Doctor Keays & thank her for taking such good care of me & my daughter for years. Also thanks to Doctor Keays I am no longer a slave to pain pills and feel my pain management is much better. I love how she helped me find alternative treatments and a flare plan that works best for me & really listens to my needs. I love all of her staff and feel taken care of as if I am part of their family. I highly recommend Doctor Keays

If I could, I would give Dr. Keays ZERO stars. I had one visit with her and found her to be apathetic and condescending. She talked to me like I was a very dumb five year-old. How can a physician effectively treat a patient if the physician makes no effort to learn a patient's medical history?

At first, I trusted treatments for my fibromyalgia with Dr. Keays. For 4 years and 2 months I went every 2–4 weeks. She helped me immensely the 1st 3 years. I am sad to say i no longer go there. She changed her policies and would no longer treat any patients who needed pain meds, Dr. Bakken very suddenly retired, and she pushed TMS treatment which takes 5 days a week, 4–6 weeks and is very costly. I checked with many doctors, none had heard of TMS, nor have I found patients stating it helped.

I've been seeing Dr. Keays for a year and a half, and feel she's not only compassionate but also very knowledgeable with Fibromyalgia. She understands that treatment is individualized per patient and not the diagnosis. She listens and would never practice or deliver aid you are not comfortable with. Not everyone connects with their providers but I can truly say I do with her. I have no worries in her care and I'm happy my personality is compatible with her philosophy of care.

I feel so very fortunate to have found Dr. Keays and the Bayview Clinic. I have been struggling with Fibromyalgia for 4 1/2 years now and have seen 11 various healthcare providers before finding Dr. Keays. None of those providers had the depth of knowledge of this illness like she does. She has a wonderful bedside manner and takes time to listen and answer all my questions. I feel empowered and understood. I have a multifaceted treatment plan now and hope for my future.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Keays?
Dr. Keays works with her patients under her own personal agenda and never in the patients best interest. She initially presents herself in a kind, caring manner to gain your trust and admiration, and then looks for reasons to criminalize and blatantly demoralize her patients without verifiable cause or proof. She is young and overzealous in her personal ambitions and lets that overrule her decision making process and subsequently puts her patients in serious medical danger. Please be very cautio
