Arrogant
This doctor thinks she is better than everyone else. She only cares about her pockets and doesn’t actually care about her patients. She’s demeaning, arrogant, and dismissive. If she is your doctor, I recommend finding a new one if you’re looking for good patient care.

Worst Doctor Ever
This doctor is arrogant, demeaning, rude, and dismissive. She has a know it all combative attitude. You can clearly tell she does not care about her patients as many others have commented here, seems she is much more concerned with her purse and bottom line than actually being a doctor. To be a good doctor you need to listen and respect your patients- she does neither. It is a major mystery how she landed on this career as she has no interest in helping. If you go into the appt. in a good mood you will leave in a poor mood from her treatment with nothing resolved of why you scheduled a visit in the first place. You will feel disrespected and belittled. If thats your thing then this is your doctor. If you're like most of us and dont have time for this attitude I suggest to go elsewhere dont waste your time, money, or energy on this doctor as she will never give respect to her patients. She views herself above others and it clearly shows. Head the warning and see someone who actually car

Medicine isn't personal anymore; it's a business. Blind trust that our doctors have our best interests cannot be assumed. The patient must determine through the doctors words and deeds to see if their needs will be met. Unfortunately, Dr. Gallagher wasn't truthful with me. I was scheduled for a physical, but she didn't perform one. There, she denied treatment and did not accept the medical records and tests that speaks to my history. What I was told to expect and what was delivered were entirely different. Once was enough. Transparency in scheduling and referrals is not an option at Harbor Health. What I have been told to expect for treatment/referrals/prescriptions--and what was delivered are two different things. It's unfortunate too Dr. Gallagher lacks warmth. If you're looking for a family doctor that you can trust-- best try another.

I adore Dr. Gallagher. She is so sweet and understanding. She is the medical director for an insanely busy community health center so yes, she can run late, I had to call back a second time for a referral, and some the office staff is a bit rough. I find that it is worth dealing with those minor inconveniences to have a PCP that I genuinely believe has my well-being as her foremost concern. I hope to see Dr. Gallagher for many years to come.

Went to Dr. Gallagher totally freaked out about some bizarre symptoms I've been experiencing. She seemed in the moment to understand, and ordered me blood work and an mri. Told me to go to the lab that day or the next and that someone would call me for the MRI. Went to the lab 24 hours later--order was never called in. My symptoms escalated a few days later and I sent her an urgent message through the patient portal unsure if I should seek medical attention (I probably would have pre-covid, but was wary of the hospital). No response. Over a week has passed and my symptoms continue to progress and she has not returned multiple portal messages or phone calls. Blood work still not ordered and no one called for MRI. I'm switching to a new doctor who will take this seriously.

Being a new patient, I was to have a telehealth call for my first appointment. The doctor never called me nor did anyone from her office. They did make me confirm my appointment a few days prior and I left 5 messages and all I was told was that she's busy. Time to find another new doctor.

My first visit was great! Dr. Gallagher listened to all my concerns and did not interrupt me or rushed me. She was attentive and very professional. Her front desk staff could be more professional and friendly. So far, the best one I found.
