My 42yo husband went to ER for SOB and chest pain, coughing up foamy bloody saliva and fever 101-102 for5 days and O2 toggling at 89 in the ER. Informed Dr. Doscher. She wrote it off as Flu B, everyone has it, gave up some codeine cough syrup for SOB and chest pain weirdly enough. No test or labs ordered. Told us to go home and basically deal with it. As we were walking out, Dr Dosch told my husband to keep moving. She disgusts me with her negligent bed side behavior. Needless to say, I had to call EMS because my husband went from bad to worse. She needs medical license suspended until she learns what Chest pain and SOB means.

Poor ER care
I came in to Lexington Medical Center ER with a severe rash on my amputated lower extremity and complained of Shortness of breath, weakness, fatigue, and lower back pain. I have a history of sepsis which is what caused my leg amputation. I also have kidney disease. She ordered blood tests which were my baseline low EGFR 30 Creatinine 1.9, etc. so she discounted checking anything else and discharged me without any antibiotics or even did not perform a urinalysis to see if I had a UTI. I took myself to MUSC downtown where they proceeded to do a urinalysis and yes I did have a UTI. This could have most definitely led to sepsis if left untreated. Her license to practice needs to be questioned.

Doctor Doscher treated me in the Emergency Room. She was amazing. She was kind, listened to everything with patience. She diagnosed me with an ailment that I had had for three years and no one knew what it was. She also sent me home with a lot of great information and referred me to a specialist.
