Dr. Ashleigh Hicks is compassionate, dependable, and approachable. I have transferred my mother in-law to her care about three years ago and when there is an acute situation her office always finds a way for her to be seen . Call backs from Dr. Hicks are in a timely matter. I highly recommend her for your loves ones or your self.

Dr. Hicks is a very professional, knowledgeable, and dependable physician. She always gets back to meassages that are left for her in a timely fashion. When explaining treatments she breaks it down so that it is easy to understand. She takes the time to get to know her patients personally! Highly recommend her services.

Never. Hicks is terrible. She was my mother's doctor when she was in a nursing home. She was completely unresponsive and unreachable. The staff at her practices apologized several times for the fact that she almost never responded to phone calls and got the head of the practice involved. When my mother went into her final illness Hicks was on call for her practice that night the nurse called me at 0200 saying she could not reach Hicks. The next day Hicks blamed the answering service. Avoid!
