Very courteous and knowledgeable. All staff treats you great. I miss SueCarla she knew her job and could have her own practice! Miss her for sure! Highly Recommend this establishment. Thank you all for helping me I’ll never forget!

Professional and understanding.

The receptionist and the supervisor were just mean and insensitive. Never got in to see the doctor but if you would employee such horrible people as the face of your business I wouldn't trust you to be any better! They don't deserve even one star!

The receptionist is very rude. I have seen 2 doctors since I have been there. The lady one is great they guy can be an rude and doesn't explain your meds and could care less to what you have to say.

TERRIBLE ..I would not reccomend, only seen Dr maybe 3 times in 8 years, only associates..but receptionist is by far the WORST person I've ever met..even on the phone she bad. 11/26/19 my rating is an actual NO STAR.

Dr. Ashit K Vijapura office staff was so rude and tried to charge me for a cancelled appt after calling and cancelling the day before as soon as I could get thru, the line was busy all morning. If that is how they handle appt's I am afraid of what the doctor has to offer. The reviews online should have warned me.

Overall, terrible. They charged me a now show fee. But they were closed for hurricane Dorian. If they're closed, how was I not there?

I couldn't get past the front desk i begged her to hold a check and my credit card and my license so i could go get her money across the Street i was 5 minutes late the highway was packed it was fruday and the hericane was coming so it took me almost an hour to get there instead of 25 minutes she told i was an adult and i should know beteer but little does she know i have. Short term momeroy lose ptsd and depression and a disease where i have vertigo earing and migraines but why would care she talked to me like i was a dog and that i was even a person she said i knew i had a doctors appointment i am adult i need to come pre pa t ed i tried to tell her i am at my cap and i dont have to pay anything you need to do something with this thing you call a receptionist because shes not and does know how to talk with people she i s the worst person i have ever spoke to in my life please help me

I called to set up an appointment this afternoon. I've called several different medical facilities and a lot of them didn't prescribe medications. When I called this particular doctor this extremely bratty receptionist picks up and when I asked her if the doctor prescribe medications she in a very sarcastic way laughed at me and told me the obvious, that he was a doctor and can prescribe medications. I immediately told her that I'm all set cuz I don't want to come to a doctor where the reception is as unwelcoming as she made me feel. I've never been to this doctor and I never will based on my one phone call with people in the office who seem to not only be incompetent of bedside manner but also immature and should not be in the medical profession.

Worst billing department

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE in this office. The receptionist was absolutely rude and miserable. They said not one word when I walked in and signed my name. it was my first time there. They were charging me 150.00 for my visit when my copay was 60 and claimed they only took "cash". I asked if they could run my insurance benefits again and she cut me off and said " I already ran them" you must have a really bad life the way you treat people. waited for almost 2 hours. got my money back and walked out!

Visited office regularly for over 2 years. I view myself as one of the Doctor’s success stories, and still have admiration for all he has done for his patients on a daily basis.

Have been his patient for quite a few years now. I've had really nice interactions with all of the therapists. Most interactions with the office staff has been very brief. But, quite a efficient most times. I've had noticable improvements once I started the right medications for me. I'm very thankful for the caring and sincere treatment I've received. I have no intentions of changing to any other doctor. I will continue the long ride to receive great treatment.

"I'm not going to argue with you, how about that." and hung up on me when I was trying to calmly explain I attempted to call multiple times to cancel the appointment and no one ever answered, and no way to leave a message. I had shingles. Couldn't cancel because they don't answer. This office makes a lot of money off of people being unable to cancel appointments when they're sick, and interestingly only accepts cash for it.

This Dr. is now at Tampa Memorial Hospital. Horrible doctor, does not listen to patients. Eats while talking to patients. Diagnosis anything that you say you think you have without doing a proper diagnosis. Does not review his medical notes and does not review patient history. Does not describe purpose of a medication or tells you possible side effects.

DONT COME! Office staff is very rude. Candy doesn't treat people with respect. She raises her voice at patients & belittles them in front of the people in the waiting area. So...I didn't know payments are CASH ONLY. I arrived 5 min early. They only allow you to be 15 min late so if you are late there is a $25 NO SHOW. She told me that I could go get cash but be back in 15. I couldn't get back in 15 min but was back in 20... She had canceled my appt. Even tho she knew I was coming back.

To be fair I have never seen Dr. Vijapura in the office however his staff is awful. They are rude, demeaning, condescending and lack empathy. I'm not sure of the names of the women I know the girl at the front desk is awful but the manager of the place with the blonde hair is unbelievably rude. I would not suggest this place to anyone that cares about their health their dignity and it's really sad that that's what this is come to. The PA I see Maram Yousef is amazing.

Terrible customer service everytime I go in.. he knows he's the only psychiatrist in the area and that is why he gets away with how they treat their patients.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I can't remember the last time the actual doctor was in the office. Patients are seen by a therapist and then P.A. or LRNP. My mother has dementia and does not understand the therapist's questions or give accurate answers. I am her legal healthcare surrogate, but was told I couldn't go in with her to speak to the therapist. How can a therapist get an accurate picture of someone who can't even differentiate between what's real and what's not?
