Horrible
The doctor, berated my frail, old mother for not gaining weight, and “fired” her from being a patient and telling her to never come back. Patients have a hard enough time seeing a physician before they berate them, make them feel stupid, weak and inadequate or whatever makes the doctor feel better about himself by degrading an elder person.

I was heart attack patient at St Joe Hospital Dec 2019. The doctor had me for cath lab. If procedure was more than stint he would consult me. He did not and put balloon in my femoral artery. He has the personality of a fire hydrant. Definitely no recommendation from me.

Had to call the on call dr for low blood pressure 60/40. He was paged twice. He finally called back 1 hour later and was pissed off that "I bothered him". He told me "if you want something go to the ER" and hung up on me. He was completely rude and did not even give me an opportunity to tell him that I was calling for low blood pressure even after taking the medicine prescribed to raise it. This guy is a jerk and I wouldn't take a dying mouse to see him.

I do not reccomend Dr Turk.. He treated my brother for yrs & waited to long to send him to Indy for an artifical heart, my brother past away 20 months ago.. Now he was treating my mom for heart issues & all he does is flip flop his decisions & does not make her other Drs aware of what he is doing, when they all are in the same hospital.. His bed side manner is awful & does not take enough time w/patient or family members ?'s we timed him the other day & he spent 5mins w/my mom! We changed Drs.
