Never go to her
My experience with Dr. Madison was horrible. She knew my children's iron was critically low and never once prescribed them iron supplements. She recommended some drink off amazon that would've never improved their condition bc the amount of iron they needed to improve their condition was way more than what was in the product she suggested. When we saw the hematologist he advised one of my daughters almost needed a blood transfusion. She also never responded to portal messages, over and inaccurately charged me for appointments. I worked with her billing person for months with no resolve. I had to go to the office and threaten to discourage every customer that came in for an appointment not to do business with her. Had a sit down and nothing was resolved. She just talked in circles. Like a year later, I called back and got a different receptionist that actually listened and refunded me, and corrected codes so they could be billed properly.

Do not go here!
Dr Madison did not show any concern about my health. She does not return phone calls. Visiting this office was a complete joke and waste of time & money! Warning; don’t do it!

Do not go here!
This is over 2 months due. I’ve waited patiently for them to rectify the issue and not one person has returned a call or responded to a portal message. The Garden of Eden is a DISHONEST medical practice. Upon arrival to my annual check up I handed the receptionist my insurance card and thought it odd that she told me I had a co pay, I paid it and thought that would be the end of it. Oh no that was the beginning! They will not provide my insurance with the correct codes they have charged me as self pay, they have also charged me for tests I never received. My bill is beyond ridiculous I went for an annual exam. I’ve been over charged by hundreds and now receiving bills for routine lab work that they won’t send codes to the insurance company for, I’m now out of pocket nearly $2000 for an simple routine annual visit. It’s very disappointing and frustrating! Im warning anyone who is thinking of going here not too…….unless you want to be burdened with massive bills and NO one to talk to

Dr. Madison is very thorough, but also understanding - she approached me with information but also made a simple to where I could understand it. Its important to be able to sometimes know the background root of an issue and that resulted in the symptoms. She has made life changing suggestions that are not just temporal remedies but alternatives that would prevent me from having to see her on an emergency basis. Not all doctors are willing to prescribe a plan of care like that ! Great Service!

I came in for a case of tendinitis that has lasted for 2 months now with no improvement despite rest and NSAIDS. Dr. Madison did not ask any details about my pain or how the injury happened.Pulling up a picture of an arm, she pointed out the muscles and tendons and explained in such a simplistic way, it was insulting. After performing the recommended stretches for three days on a row, my pain now extends to my elbow and down to my pinky. She made no effort to understand or address my issue

My daughter and I had a visit with Dr. Madison. She was wonderful and so positive. We were in a bad situation and she calmly let us know all the steps to go through to improve the situation. The thing we liked so much about Dr. Madison was her holistic approach to things. Yes she can prescribe medicine but she also recommends other options too. Wish I had a Dr. in Charlottesville like her I would definitely change to her practice. Oh and her front desk staff are very kind too.

Dr. Madison repeatedly suggested praying and building a better relationship with Jesus Christ was going to solve general anxiety disorder. I expected science, not the Church, to be advising me on my health concerns. I'll take my money and health elsewhere, and Dr. Madison should seriously reconsider her approach. Very few people walk into a medical professional's office expecting to be bible thumped. Her staff was exceptionally friendly and took very well care.

Dr. Madison was over 45 minutes late for my appointment. She recommended over the counter remedies I had already tried to treat my symptoms, advised me medications were toxic, and recommend I pray more to help with my medical conditions. While some patients may respond well to this type of care, I did not.
