Double booked for the next day
Dr. Mehboob was concerned about my mothers symptoms so he fit her in for a procedure the next day! The following day, it was obvious he was fully booked but he took the time we needed and explained everything. He went above and beyond and even called to check on my mother the following day. She is 90 years old and she will even tell you that this was unique in her life time of medical care. We appreciate his time and mannerism. My husband and I have both scheduled our screening colonoscopies with him. We do not live in town, but we are willing to make the drive.

Rushed. Didn't ask questions.
Appt was scheduled for 6 months out. Waited over an hour then saw him for 5-10 minutes. He asked maybe two questions. It didn't seem like he was listening as his responses didn't have anything to do with what I said. Felt very rushed, maybe he had a surgery to get to?

Easy to talk to Explained everything very well. Was running a little behind. Apologetic and appreciative of my patience and verbalized that to me. Professional and skilled. His staff was very nice. What could have been a bad experience, turned out very good

Poor experience
Initial consult was at 8:00am. Dr. was over one hour late. Second appointment for procedure also 8:00am. Dr. was over one hour late. Was very egotistical and unapologetic about being so late. I should send him a bill for my time that was wasted. Would not recommend him or this office. 2 out of the 4 staff I encountered while there were rude and unprofessional.
