Although the doctors in this office are more than pleasant and helpful, they really need to consider a switch in the staff who deals with the patients outside of the exam rooms. A first impression is important, and honestly, the one the office staff and nurses in this office makes is horrible. If you don't have the patience to deal with outright rudeness and the least helpful staff out there, you might consider skipping this experience. Again, both doctors are great ... but it takes a team.
