This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor and her assistants. I was referred to Dr. Mamidi by urgent care to get a prescription. She claimed she would send it directly to my pharmacy, but it never happened. Repeated calls to her office went unanswered.I had to visit in person three times, and each time they assured me the prescription would be sent or an appointment would be scheduled, but weeks passed with no follow-up. Each time the front desk staff looked at me like deer in the headlights, making empty promises to resolve the issue.During this time, I was without my essential medication, putting my health at great risk. After a month and a half of this negligence, I found a different physician who addressed my needs promptly. To add insult to injury, a year later, I received a full bill despite having full insurance coverage and providing a referral. When I called to resolve this, they threatened to ruin my credit if I didn't pay out of pocket. This experienc

I had an infection on my left toe and Dr Mamidi immediately took a culture to prescribe the right antibiotic and also advised me to go to Penn Medicine hospital at Plainsboro, NJ, where the many doctors there will help me recover instead searching for the right one. She was right and a excellent infectious diseases doctor. I highly recommend her.

I saw three infectious disease doctors and she was the only one who found the right medicine and the right treatment plan to do the job. She took charge of the situation both in the hospital and in follow-up treatments. She was easily accessible and communicated well. I am 100% healthy now! Dr. Mamidi knows what she’s doing.

My mother was very fortunate to get Dr. Mamidi when she entered the ER. She diagnosed her quickly, confidently, and had her recovering within hours of being admitted. She patiently explained and answered all of our questions. We are very grateful for the care she provided.

Dr Mamidi is a knowledgeable professional with an excellent bedside manner. She explains treatments thoroughly, is patient with questions, and answers them comprehensively. She was recommended to me by my rheumatologist, whose advice I greatly respect.
