Dr. Arun Softa, MD

I had left Dr. Softa a few years ago for a physician that offered weekend treatment. I could book Saturday and Sunday appointments. It was at a great cost and I lost great care . I returned to Dr. Softa and the comparison has floored me. I know I am receiving the best medical care possible He is very thorough and every visit he uses my medical history via an advanced lap top system in every room where patients have access to all notes and care via a patient portal. I can also see him virtually. The staff is friendly and kind. My visit was smooth a time. I left with a medical plan and feel safe in his care.

I've been very pleased with Dr Softa and his ability to communicate in detail what is wrong with whatever my ailment is or what to expect as far as the pain level. He is a very competent doctor that spends time listening to me. I'm very impressed with him and the ladies who greet you or check me out. Everyone is very professional. Thank You!

They are Neither ones are Trained Dr. his wife nor him. This office is a sad complete joke. Please find a good Doctor. Please! Good God this is so dangerous to all.

Arun Softa and his NP (nurse practitioner) Heather are too busy to provide proper care for their patients. This office would rather divert you to expensive specialists (GI doctor) and order unnecessary diagnostic procedures (spine x-rays) than listen intently to your problems in order to develop a knowledgeable medical diagnosis (bladder infection). NOTHING motivates them to TIMELY address mistakes - not even a formal complaint to the California Medical Board and/or your insurance company.
