I very recently had a TAVR procedure performed by Dr. Raghupathy and his team. Through prior consultations I was well informed about the nature of the procedure including likely and possible outcomes. The procedure went exactly as it was supposed to. I had no adverse after effects whatever, was in the hospital for one night following the procedure for observation, and then home to resume my normal life after just a few days initially of taking it easy.

Dr. Raghupathy saved me from a lot of pain and fear. I did not know I had a congenital defect that had been misdiagnosed all my life. I met him at the hospital after an event and that was the best day of my life. He and his staff helped me greatly. His appointments are hard to get because he is sought out as the best at what he does.

Dr. Raghupathy could care less about his patients. He didn't look at any of my test results before a visit. When he requested a Heart monitor (Loop) to be installed, he didn't even know it was not working when I went in 5 weeks later--told me everything was fine. The company called me two weeks later and it was not registering. He never checked. Then Cardiovascular Center of Marin charged my insurance every month to monitor the monitor (in addition to the monitor company). And the only time I got a call, I could not get anyone on the phone to talk to me. I will never go to this location and I recommend no one else does. If anyone says to get a loop to monitor your heart--do not do it--it is a scam and only a way for the doctors to make money. The worst experience I have had with a doctor in my adult life!

I had a stent placed by dr. Raghupathy with very good results. He is very competent and caring. He explains things clearly, never hurried, listens patiently and he was willing to work with me addressing my concerns about my meds.

Dr. Raghupathy is not only an excellent physician but a caring individual! He takes time with his patients and is present to them. He is kind. He goes beyond the "call of duty'." For example, after leaving the county, he telephoned me with a referral, cardiologist, in my new location. I could not be happier with my new physician. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a doctor. I am a registered nurse who worked in intensive care and had a homecare business.
