Calls never returned, doctor gives you 1 minute of time and moves on to the next patient. You’re just a number. Choose another physician for your pain management. Don’t waste your time with this office.

Couldn’t ask for a better doctor... I have been seeing Dr Kandra for almost 2 years. He is a caring, compassionate, honest, intellegent and skilled doctor. I recommend him and his staff highly.

Dr Kandra has gone above and beyond to help me both pre and post surgery. He is attentive, informative, and truly cares. He has been an excellent resource in explaining the options available to me in dealing with my pain. He even went out of his to contact my surgeon to make sure my surgery was successful and to see if there was any way for him to help.

if you want a pain management doctor who cares Dr.Arun Kandra is who you want this doctor continues to care no matter the circmstances .He will never refuse you treatment as I have experienced with him.He continues to have problems getting paid from my insurance company and yet he has my health as a first priority. even as they refuse to pay for my treatment he is willing to go to the next step to care for my health.I offer him some sort of restitution and he says don't worry about it . ********

Dr Kandra is one of the worst pain doctors I have every encountered,. I was involved in a car accident and all he cared about was milking my insurances, he could care less about me and my actual pain. avoid at all cost, I was referred by my chiropractor DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH

His staff harassed me at my home when I had to cancel an appointment. They called me multiple times and hung up on me, this was after they waited a day to return my call. It was completely unprofessional and sickening. I never in my life dealt with those kind of people who would do that to patients. As far as Dr. Kandra, his bedside manner is a lot to be desired and every time you went, they would make you wait over an hour, that's if they didn't call to cancel your appointment a few times.
