Narcissists should not be allowed to treat people
This doctor told me ' If my regular care team isn't hearing me, I wasn't meant to be heard' 'to be quiet and give it to God' 'That I was so lucky to have her as a doctor and I should cherish her advise to not be emotional' when I have 4 herniated discs 2 with annular tears and a tear in My back muscle; as well as a bone spur and some other issues in my back after 2 neck surgeries for thesame issues i wasexplaining my situation and asking why the pain doctor are not giving me a long term solution only drugs. She was so rude and told me I hadn't done the work in life I had to earn being heard. That doctors don't listen to people who get emotional. Then maybe you shouldn't take emergency room follow ups for patients who are not yours! Your seeing people on the worst day of there lives and telling them they do not deserve to be heard! That you are the best doctor and now my luck will change! I left in tears. This doctor will make you wish you didn't exist. Seriously the worst experience.

I'm one who never goes to the doctor, she is why.
Went to the emergency room last weekend. Had the worst stomach pain I've ever felt. After a humiliating 12 hours of being treated via the waiting room, CAT showed kidney stones. I was given three days of pain meds and told to visit the doctors office when it opened on Monday; the ER doctor said they would be able to get me in because they save appointments for these kinds of patients. Well, that unfortunately was not true and it would be another four days before I could be seen again. I had the displeasure of being seen by Arti, as she was the only doctor with the soonest appointment. I know why. From the beginning she treated me as a drug addict. She was beyond rude and condescending. She asked me what I was doing for the pain, which I stated that I was taking over the counter acetaminophen, which wasn't working. She berated me with questions as to why I was taking it if it wasn't working. As if I had another option to elevate my discomfort. If you have any self respect, run.
