Dr. Arthur Vendola, MD

You feel like a just another number. Office staff are rude and cut you off. Won't listen to your questions. Dr is doing unnecessary procedures to get the biggest payout. He wanted to do a hysterectomy and my new doctor said that’s extremely invasive. Vendola never even explained the condition or considered other options. When questioned about the unnecessary procedures and irregularities in billing his office manager immediately became rude and starting yelling. If you tell back they’ll hang up on you and discharge you as a patient. That’s really the only good thing that happened at his office. Go out of Jackson, there’s an amazing doctor in Adrian who will listen to you and cares about giving the best care.

Dr. Vendola doesn’t take the time to listen to his patients. I had been with his practice for 17 years and he delivered all 3 of my kids but he’s gotten less patient friendly. The wait times are ridiculous and his office manager, Natalie is extremely rude and nasty.

Dr. Vendola is a busy man and he's very nice - but he doesn't listen to patients or their concerns. I've been seeing him as my OB/GYN for over 10 years, and when I had my first child in 2014, he dismissed my concerns about the baby being breech at 32 weeks. The next time I went in, baby was still breech, and he scheduled a C-section without telling me what was going on and why that would happen. He steamrolls patients and makes them feel stupid. Cannot recommend.

I had Dr vendola when I had my first child in March and he was absolutely amazing he took such great care of me and my daughter, any questions I had I was able to call his office and they would speak to him and get an answer for me right away. His staff is wonderful and all of them are very kind. Even if my husband or family members had questions he was sure to answer them.

He was my doctor for both of my pregnacys and he was great! For my first child we scheduled for me to be induced since he was going to be on vacation when I was due and I wanted him to deliver! He was totally awesome! He wasn't there for the birth of our son he was on vacation but he was there the very next day! He's the best!

I started seeing Dr Vendola when I found out I was going to have my first child in 2007. I was very nervous and asked him to make sure I didn't get handed off to any other Dr. The week that I was due he went on vacation leaving me to have a stranger deliver my son and it gets worse. I have never felt like he listened to me and there was a time when he did a biopsy without my prior knowledge (his nurse forgot to tell me they were doing it).
