Honest and Good Outcome
Dr. Falk was very honest with me and answered all of my questions bluntly. I saw him for keloid removal surgery and follow up injections. Although I did have to wait longer than expected at each appointment, he was kind to me and always made sure I was feeling okay. The outcome was terrific and I’m glad I went to him.

A Shockingly Unreliable Doctor
Dr. Falk's office canceled 3 consecutive appointments, including not calling me to let me know about the third cancelation. I showed up on time and they told me the appointment had been canceled but they would squeeze me in about an hour after my scheduled appointment. An hour and 45 minutes later I decided to leave Dr. Falk's office without having seen him. If the staff is operating this poorly, it does not give me confidence that the Doctor will be looking after my health either. I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a joke.

Terrible Experience
Went to Dr Falk for an initial examination of my throat and he ran out of time to answer questions. He asked me to schedule a more detailed diagnostic test through Maria in his office. I’ve called her 4 times over the last 2 weeks with zero response! Don’t waste your time! This is an awful medical practice!!

Life changer
Dr. Falk was on call when my 21 year old son was brought to AMC. A dog had bitten off much of my son's top lip. At a time when we were totally in shock, Dr. Falk was there to reassure & guide us as he reconstructed my son's lip over the course of the next year. I can't begin to thank Dr. Falk for his expertise. Today you would never know the horrific accident my son experienced, thanks to Dr. Falk !

Dr. Falk seems uncaring and unempathetic to my suffering. He has been unresponsive to several prescription requests by both myself and my pharmacy.

I give this man an F, and that doesn't stand for Falk. I waited almost a year for help from him -- if he didn't feel he could do anything for me, he should have said so early on.

Our 10 yr old's ear was bitten off by a dog. We were fortunate enough to recover the ear, however the medical facility we rushed him to THREW IT OUT (that is an entirely different story). Dr. Falk not only booked an OR at another hospital on his own (as we were not going to have any other procedures done at that facility) but he did a phenomenal job on our son's ear (and actually used his scalp to regrow and shape the lost part of the ear). To say we were satisfied is an understatement!

I was in the ER with what was thought to be abcessed tonsils, Dr. Falk examined me and attempted to drained the said abcessed tonsils which turned out not to be abcessed then ordered a tonsillectomy for the following day. I scheduled several consultations in an office in Saratoga that he works 1 day a week out of and showed up for none of them after waiting for over an hour each time. The operation was the last time I met with him. My wounds reopened and another doctor repaired it. Awful.
