Arshad Umer used to be a good doctor but not anymore.. He’s become greedy n all he cares about is making money taking new patients n not following up with the patient no matter how unwell he maybe.. Most negligent n irresponsible n impolite attitude of the doctor n staff.. All they care now is about making money.. No empathy for patients.. Wd not recommended to anyone.. Very disorganized..Waiting time upto 3 hrs because they keep taking patients n he likes to discuss more about his hobbies..not realizing that other patients r waiting.. Worst experience we had in the last couple of weeks.. My husband with stage 4 cancer was very unwell.. Dr Umer put him on steroid n disappeared.. was not available .. height of negligence.. my husband was without his insulin for two daydr dint care to call in for his medication.. he was not available in the clinic nor in phone neither his staff wd give any satisfactory answer.. In emergency we had to find a doctor who helped us in critical situation..

Dr Arshad Umer has been my Doctor for many years. He is nice and caring. During consultation, he always spends time to listen and communicate honestly with me. He always takes my input seriously and explains everything so I can understand my health situation and treatment. I would recommend him to my friends and relative.

I have been seeing Dr. Arshad Umer for over 4 years now and I have been quite pleased at all points along the way. He has helped me in numerous ways and has always been a pleasure to talk with. He seems genuinely pleased when hearing about the things that are going well regarding my health. The office is exceptionally clean, and staff is very friendly. I will highly recommend him!

Doctor is unempathetic to patient needs and requires unnecessary visits in person that could easily be done by Telehealth or otherwise simply so he can make more insurance money. A high example of medical company greed.

The worst doctor I have even seen. Doesn't ask you, doesn't talk with you. my son and I hated the way he examined him. Never go back to him. Everything for him was about money. While in the first visit we talked about a medical concern, he said you have to make an appointment for next week, then we can talk about your concern. No sense

My experience with Dr. Arshad Umer was Awesome. I was seen on time, allowed to ask as many questions as I felt I needed, He takes his time and answers all my questions and truly feels like he cares. Very good experience, good staff. Came in with an Fractured ankle and Dr. Umer sent me to the orthopedic by personally making a phone call to the surgeon. Will visit again when needed.
