Dr A takes the time to ask questions, answer questions, and perform physical checkups. She will refer you to a specialist if she thinks. your condition needs further review. She will order lab tests if she thinks they are needed. She is a composite of your mother and grandmother, practicing as a doctor.

Very rewarding. I trusted her and was taken care of very well. I do not know how I will be able to trust another doctor.

No matter when Dr. A. spends time with you and she LISTENS. I do not know what I will do when and if she retires. I know that time is coming and I dread losing her skills.

I came in to see her several months ago, in search of a good primary. My husband also saw her one time. Neither of us will ever go back. Be warned. She does medically gaslight patients. She recommended that my issues were all in my head (hello medical gaslighting). And she suggested that low b12 doesn't cause symptoms. Even though science says otherwise, and that you won't find a neurologist that is ok with your b12 being under 500 due to the neurological symptoms it'll cause. She insisted that she didn't believe them because she's seen hundreds of patients with low b12. Thank gawd I started back on my b12 injections from another dr because I feel SO. MUCH. BETTER. I also have gallbladder issues and she gave me zero information on what I should do. None. My husband had high ketones in his urine. The dr office never called to tell him those results, or what he should be doing, or if there needs to be a follow up test. That can be pretty dangerous. Just horrible overall.

It was necessary for me to find a new PCP. It not easy just looking at photos and reading reviews, but Dr. Nepomuceno's reviews were so good I had to choose her. I am so glad I did. Her true concern for me as a patient was so appreciated. She is very knowledgeable and discussed my concerns patiently, I never felt rushed. Her office staff are so friendly and kind as well.

In my visits with Dr. Nepomuceno, she has been thorough, pleasant, caring and always patient. I have full confidence in her.

It's very easy to get appointments, and the office always responds quickly to routine calls. The doctor is very personable and calming and I trust her care. Staff is always courteous and efficient.

Dr. Arsenia Nepomuceno is one of the best doctors in the south suburbs. She takes her time to understand issues & listens. She even has elderly patients waiting for her in the waiting room just to have a talk with her. She and her husband make recommendations to only the best specialists that they trust and they work together on complex issues. I appreciate second opinions! If in a life or death situation, I would hope my family and friends are under her (/their) care. What a wonderful doctor!
