Dr. Ketty is outstanding! I see a one star complaining about the wait time. Well, when people like me find a great doctor, we refuse to change and are willing to wait. I think that sums it up.

Dr.Ketty is amazing. So knowledgeable with such s warm caring personality. I would hate to ever have to change doctors. My husband absolutely loves her too. Having to wait sometimes is worth it because she takes her time with you. You don't feel rushed.

It takes about 2 months to get in for an appointment. Everytime I have gone for an appointment I've waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. One appointment I made and waited 2 months for in which the doctor left early and was unavailable to see me, but I was never informed of this and showed up anyway. Every issue is referred out to another doctor. The medical records are inaccurate and medications handwritten in my history were never typed into my record. Very poor experiences here
