Dr Vickers is fine, Front office is horrible.
The front office help in my opinion is unprofessional, incompetent, and uncaring. I have never encountered an office this bad. No matter how many messages you leave, or what it is about, they never call back. Dr. Vickers wanted me to have an NCS. When I checked out from my appointment, the women told me, someone would call me and schedule the test, that was on 11/6/23. I have left three messages, trying to get this scheduled and no one have called me back.I even explained that I do not drive, and my son has to take off from work to bring me. I would like to continue to see Vickers, but I am thinking I would do better to go somewhere else, I am sure I could get a referral to someone else, that has competent help, when I explain to my insurance how patients are treated at this office. I feel that I have received good care from Dr. Vickers, but the office staff and organization is less than average. Trying to phone the office for any results, appointments, of questions is unacceptable, you wait for a reply, and often never receive one. Not worth the frustration and hassle of the office!
