Dr. Aron Bruhn, MD

He was completely unresponsive after a surgical procedure. Never dropped by to recap the surgery. Never followed up with me when there were post-op issues. His staff also seemed very frustrated with his lack of followup. I never once heard from the guy. Unacceptable.

I was very disappointed in Dr Bruhn. My mom had surgery to remove potential cancer from her kidney, No follow up call to check in how she was doing and no follow up call to update her on the pathology report, until he was emailed by another Dr and by my father. During this time, she ended up having a fever for 7 days because there was a slight infection. Again, no check in from Dr Bruhn, but instead another on call Dr followed up with her multiple times and tried to help her figure out what the issue was. It took 2.5 weeks, a phone call and 2 emails for her to find out if she had kidney cancer or not. The report had been complete for 10 days before he finally called her. She handled it really well but I'm sure there would be a lot of other people that would have been extremely anxious and unsettled while waiting for the results. If she hadn't followed up, he would not have called. I don't feel like it's too much to ask for the Dr to follow up with their patients, to make sure

Dr. Bruhn did not take my symptoms and concerns seriously. I’m not one to see a doctor unless I know there is something actually wrong with my body. He needs to work on his bedside manner and not to patronize his patients. I feel he needs to actually get to know a patient instead of jumping to conclusions.

I had a great experience with Dr Bruhn. Dr Bruhn is very patient to explain treatment options he suggested.

I had kidney cancerin Jan 2015 and Dr Bruhn robotically rebmoved it. I had minimal scars and the healling process was easy. I was scheduled for a ct scan a year later to see if the cancer had return, and I didn't go as scheduled. I received a certified letter from both Dr Bruhn and his assistant, stating the importance of having the scan. I had the scan and this time I have 2 nodules in the same kidney as before. Thanks to the both of them for being concerned about my health.
