Dr. Augustin is a professional who is an excellent listener and communicator.. He takes time to listen to your health concerns and explains very clearly the course of action that will lead to the cure of the illness. One of the best primary care physician in South Florida. He is the kind of doctor that you can have a conversation with. He is never in rush to push you out of his office.. He is assisted by Regine Jose as Physician Assistant who has the same philosophy of patient care as Dr. Augustin. He also has a wonderful staff well trained at the office. If you are looking for a good place for primary care I would highly recommend New Hope Medical Group as the place to go. Jean Renaud Henry

Dr. Augustin took the time to patiently explain things to me as a layperson. He didn’t treat me as a number or rush my visit to move on. He is respectful and caring. In the end he asked me if I had questions. His recommendations were right on.
