Short Staffed
My 90 year old father has seen Dr. Tannenbaum for years and has been very satisfied with his care. He recently was sent home with a catheter and told they would set up some kind of in home health care. Since nothing has happened since his appointment, he’s tried calling (for a week) and cannot get a return call. I called and spoke with a nurse and told her the situation and said we’d like to cancel any future appointments. She asked if that meant next year and I told her every year. No apology, no excuses. Dr. Tannenbaum is a good urologist, unfortunately you’re dealing with his staff too. Good luck!

I seen Dr. Tannenbaum about 4 years ago after leaving another urologist who was terrible. Dr. Tannenbaum seen me, examined me, sent me for tests and the personally called me with the results. When I asked him when should I come back he told me only when something has gone wrong. The other urologist had me coming back every 5 months, running worthless and painful tests. If it was possible I would rate Dr. Tannenbaum over 5 Stars for knowledge, caring, and just being a wonderful person. Joseph Spadea, WeekiWachee, Fl

I am seeing Dr. Tannenbaum for a small mass (cyst?) on my right kidney. I am not the easiest patient to deal with, as I am a chronic worrier. Dr. Tannenbaum has been extremely patient and kind with me. He has called me himself to deliver test results and opinions, which is amazing and very helpful to me! I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking a urologist.
