Horrible staff service
Had an appointment the receptionist handed a sticky note asking to provide my social security number, I asked the reason why it was needed and explained I didn’t feel comfortable providing it. Office manager came requesting ss number and demanded the medical office must have it in order to claim payment with health insurance. I decided I will pay in cash but will make a complaint, manager told me since I was making a complaint she was denying me of services. Later contacted my insurance and they definitely will never force any client to provide their ss number in order to submit claim. I was amazed with the manager unprofessional attitude.

Seemed friendly, but rushed. I'm pregnant with my 3rd child , but I'm almost 40 so high risk. It may not be my first rodeo, but I'd appreciate a healthcare provider to be a bit more willing to spend the time with us building a relationship to last throughout the pregnancy. He basically said yes you're pregnant see you in a month! Not likely.. But thanks anyway. I'll be going to a different practice.
