My consern was adressed
I like Optum urgent care because they work on weekends and long hours, and the staff is professional. Dr Karapetyan who treated me, is a knowledgeable doctor. He asked me the right questions and sent me to the right screening procedures. Finally, I found out what was causing my pain that was holding me back from many activities. I like that in this urgent care doctors are good problem solvers.

I had to come to Optum urgent care because I could not reach my physician at the time and the 24/7 nurse stayed I needed medical attention immediately. Dr. Karapetyan took the time to explain my condition, the need for ultrasonic imaging and was even able to get me an appointment at Rennaissance imaging. He gave me excellent advice about how to take care of leg before and after imaging. Excellent urgent cate physician.

He very rude and condescending. He will only spend 17 seconds with you and most of that is him doubting you. He asked me “ so what do you think it is” I’m like you are the doctor you should know! He shouldn’t have became a doctor.
