The time I spent with the doctor was fabulous. Well knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything. The staff was perfectly fine in the environment was one of professionalism

My issue is NOT with Dr. De feria but with his staff. If you work in a doctors office you should at least act like you care about the patient. I called very concerned about a prescription that I needed refilled. I was told they wouldn't do it. When I expressed my concern for not getting my meds, the office girl had an Oh Well attitude. It isn't the first time I get upset with the staff so I have decided to find an office where the office staff cares, or at least act like you do.
