Dr. Armand Rodriguez, MD

Dr. Rodriguez has been my internist for almost a year, and I have had four appointments with him. I found him to be very caring, I never felt rushed, I felt listened to, and I have been very impressed with his professionalism and follow ups over the phone. I feel the advice he has given me is beneficial and that his engagement with me has been sincere. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful physician. He really cares about the patient. My complaints are with their contact system (centralized scheduling).You hold on forever to speak with someone. Callbacks take forever. Since Holy Cross was sold to Trinity, things have gone downhill. I have several friends who feel the same way. We are all beyond frustrated. I would leave this practice except for the wonderful care I receive from Dr. Rodriguez. I am only giving 3 stars because the office is run so unprofessional.

Trying to reach his staff for prescription refills can be very difficult. They seem to turn their phones off for long periods during the day which is very aggravating.

I have been to see Dr Rodriguez 3 times and he and his offic staff are spectacular. He’s a real doctor who actually Car about his patients and this carries over to his staff.

Dr. Rodriguez is an extremely nice person. However he failed to check my eyes, ears, throat, knees, lower legs (for swelling) during a routine physical. In addition, he ordered a CAT scan of my kidneys. He neglected to follow up or have his assistant follow up to see why he hadn’t received the results after 3 1/2 months. He has still not seen the results! My insurance no longer covered a medication. I had issue with doctor prescribing incorrect dose of new medication!!

After my doctor retired, Dr. Rodriguez was recommended to me. I’ve been with him for over a year. He gives you all the time you need, he’s through and thoughtful and his staff is great!

Dr. Rodriguez is an excellent physician. Caring, kind, thorough. Listens to all concerns. Thank you for 16 years of great service as my PCP.

Dr. Rodriguez is a good doctor however his office staff is terrible you call and leave a message and never ever return calls if you want to make an appointment you have to go to the desk and talk face-to-face to them prescriptions are written incorrectly and insurance coding is not correct

Rodriguez was my primary care physician - tried to schedule an appointment for over 2 months, called and called and called, left messages, and even went to the office in person - his office NEVER returned a call or made any effort to respond. NOTHING. By far the most unprofessional medical office I've ever encountered.

Dr. Rodriguez has taken Care of my family for more than 15 years. He is thorough, professional, empathetic, and correct. He has always been honest and forth- coming with what needs to be done and what complications might arise. He is prudent and cautious about prescribing medications. His PA, Jesse, is simply the best ever.

Dr Rodriguez has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. He is kind, compassionate and an excellent doctor. He is backed up by an amazing staff from the front desk to the inner office. They have always been there for me, particularly when I had cancer and a spinal chord injury. I don't think you can find a nicer guy.

Dr. Rodriguez has been my physician for over 15 years. He is extremely thorough in his examinations, always asks a lot of questions, never rushes you when you are telling him what your medical issues are, and always explains any condition to you in a language that is easy to understand. He has the best bedside manners and is a compassionate person. His staff is great too!
