Without a doubt the worst Doctor I have ever seen
Was a patient for almost a year. Each visit was horrible. No one ever picks up phone, office always closes after noon, only open a few days a week. Had a UTI and had to call emergency line. Never returned my call, never called in antibiotics, got so bad led to ER . Made me feel bad in the way she asked if I'd carried any pregnancies to term which led to some depression about having never had children, poor bedside manner... just horrible experiance. It's 2022 so Covid is no longer an excuse in my book.

Dr. Lewis has been my primary care physician for many years. She is very caring. We have a great relationship and I am very comfortable discussing all my health issues with her. She does not force unnecessary medications and protocols. She works with me to manage my health in a manner that works for me and is in my best interest. I reccomend Dr. Lewis to everyone who wants to have a collaborative relationship with a doctor who treats them as a person and not just a number.

Dr. Lewis was always nice but the wait to see her was always 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Whenever I was actually seen, it never lasted anymore than 10 minutes. It was never worth the wait, in my opinion, because my concerns never seemed to be taken seriously by her. When given forms to fill out, Dr. Lewis did not send them to me for almost a month. This is not the first time Dr. Lewis took long sending me forms but, this was by far the longest I’ve had to wait. I had gone to the office in person and was given the run around and told my forms were lost. After going to see a different health professional to fill out the forms, they decided to call her office on my behalf . After the call, not only was the paperwork found, but it was sent to me from Lewis’s office the same day . Even after I called numerous times and went to the office in person.

I love Dr. Lewis! She has been my Dr. for years. She takes her time and actually listens to you. Excellent bedside manner and always seeks to educate the pt. Further on their condition and then follows up to make sure that the pt. Understands. Her office personnel are timely and courteous. I have always been treated respectful. I think another important aspect for pt. Dr. Is established rapport. I feel completely comfortable talking to Dr. Lewis about any and everything going on with my body. Even the embarrassing ones.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis since 2003. She provides a caring and professional environment and really pays attention to me. Every time i go to her office she explains everything thoroughly when it comes to my health. Even though her office has relocated to Conyers now I don't mind traveling a little further for quality care and her staff is also very nice.

At first I really liked Dr. Lewis, but I soon realized how UNPROFESSIONAL she and her staff really are. I went into the office to pick up some medical records and they tried to force me to pay a bill that wasn't mine but my husbands, and the bill was supposed to be for a physical which I know that insurance covers at 100%. I told them I would get back with them once I checked with the insurance company and they immediately had an attitude!
