Exceptional physician
Dr. Diggs was my mother's primary care physician. Her kindness and compassion towards my mother was remarkable. Her attention to my mother's physical ailments exceeded our expectations.

Cold and uncaring
Dr Diggs dragged her feet and left my father-in-law in the morgue for 8 days waiting to be cremated. She would not sign to release his body for cremation. Shameful.

My mother, 90's, is a patient of Dr Diggs through an assisted living arrangement. Dr Diggs has had minimal interaction with my mother. It seems all is left up to the main nurse in the facility. Medications for my mother are added as her specialists prescribe them but apparently are rarely reviewed and dropped when the condition is remedied. She is on several redundant medicines, some of which also cause health problems other medicines are given to remedy. An example is edema, weight gain, blurry vision. Because the one drug, we have found, causes weight gain and blurry vision, she is on another to remedy weight gain and blurry vision. We as her family are frustrated with the lack of attention Mom has received for the last several months from her now primary health provider, Dr Diggs. The buck stops with Dr Diggs in our opinion and ought not to be left up to us to sort her meds out. We are working to remove Dr Diggs as her physician.

I first scheduled an appointment after finding the Dr. Diggs in my network. The staff was completely rude when I showed up as I had a just got a new job and hadn't gotten my insurance card yet. I was told to look it up myself. My physical is free through insurance, it was billed incorrectly and I was charged $150. My second follow up was at 9am. I was not taken back until 9:45 in which the doctor didn't even notice or comment that I lost 12lbs. She also was not very personable.

My experience with Dr. Diggs was very positive. She seemed very concern with all of my health condition.I told her my medications would last April. She had all my needed perscriptions. The first of this month. I made a call to conferm my perscriptions to Wal-mart RX. After numerous phone calls. Today is April 12th, and they had not received my requests. I am out of some of my medication, after calling every day to Wal-mart Rx.
