Dr. Ricaldi has been awesome. Although you may wait for your appointment she always spends time with you and you don't feel rushed. She always gets back to me and I can always, get an appt for Emergencies. She has gone above and beyond countless times. Maui Medical needs to improve their phone directory system so that you can get through. I call her office directly. There can be a time before the office gets back to you if you don't talk to the doctor. I just keep calling if it's urgent.

Rude rude rude. Dr and staff. Prepare to sit in the waiting room for 1.5 hours while listening to the staff talk about other patients the entire time. God forbid you have any major lab issues because Dr will not address it until your next appointment. Unacceptable. Always making excuses and unprofessional in every way. I had concerns but the office NEVER returns calls.

Called several times for a simple yes or no answer regarding prescribed medication for my elderly mother. It has been over 2 weeks and still has not received any call back. Sounds like she does not care about her patients. I will be changing her doctor. Unprofessional, And her staff only makes excuses for her.
