From the minute you walk in the door until you leave, the people at Genstler Eye Center are amazing. They care about you and do their best to address your issue or concern. I didn't realize just how much my vision had deteriorated until I could see very clearly after my procedure. Thank you so much Dr. Genstler!

License Should be Stripped
BE CAREFUL. Gensler has ruined the eyesight of a family member and a family friend. DO NOT LET HER PERFORM SURGERY ON YOU... How can you trust a doctor that won't even read their own chart? This was typical. They put the wrong lense in my family members eye and an assistant said, ' well, it is what it is'. She and her office may be adequate for eye tests and fittings but I wouldn't trust them for anything more involved

Dr Genstler and staff always made me feel special from the time I walked in until I left. She paid attention to what I was saying and explained the reason for my treatments. She never rushed me through as my former doctor had.

Dr Gentsler and her staff are the very best I have ever worked with, ever! It's not just the professionalism, friendliness and compassion....it's truly the best care you will ever receive. I had both eyes done with lens transplants and I no longer need contacts or readers, she is truly brilliant!! And she cares, imagine that, something that is in short supply today but not with Dr Gentsler. I promise you will love her and the staff. I did my research and so happy I found her. I knew nothing of her before my research, you will NOT find better!!

My $4200.00 lasik results lasted 3 years max. I am a healthy, fit female. I returned to Dr. Genstler and she suggested a lasik touch up for $900.00 per eye and mentioned I could be a diabetic. I went to my physician a few days later after worrying about that inaccurate assessment from her about diabetes and had a complete physical and blood work which confirmed my good health. I wouldn't recommend this procedure or this doctor. She made me feel like I wasted her time after the failed lasik.
